how can one manage to mount the wing of this type on a plane[i.e. how is this wing fixed to the plane when it is actually not stationary?]? :headscratch: :headscratch: :headscratch:

Isn't this approach used on fighter aircraft for the horiz stab?? The whole stab is an elevator allowing full movement
