First making of Wing.
Shape and cut the wing by coro. Using 0.5 inch Alluminium rode for strong it.

And Yes prabal276, your suspect is right. I am using 747-400 model scale and will use edf at back like BWIA plane. Will mix this two plane.

Sanjay sir...i guess its a dense light weight foam...usually used in footwear industry

I had made wheels out of it for some of my models.

Its extremely strong and durable too...

Yes  @madaquif.  Mostly its use in footwear industry. It is high dense, very light weight, strong and flexible material.  I also make wheels out of it. Using stitching machines wheel at middle. Cut it from middle and stick both side of foam.  See this...
