My teams first scratch built RC plane. The whole plane was fabricated in 8hrs including the wings made out of depron. Used 5mm and 3 mm depron. Well this model is a replica of Air Truck. This sweetheart is fun to fly. At any speed she just glides.

Bhavesh..no crazy..making models is a devine proses..no crazyness..patience is the key of the sucess of model making..i started making models so seriously, when i was in 3rd standard..and my Pappaji, is my Guru in model making..and i am one far aged than you think..i resigned my jobs for making models..and living as a professional model maker..so, dont be crazy..be patient..and cool..advance step by step..do not think too deep at first..instead draw a clear picture of your model, as finished in mind..at first..and go for it..

No sir i don't mean that crazy. What i want to say is that i love this thing so much and i am very excited about my hobby. Developed this hobby just a year back still working on Depron and Coro and electric models. Want to move on to Engine powered planes and balsa. But for that need to know the very basic and have to have a depth knowledge of all the calculations which currently i am not following completely. Just having a basic idea of the concept i am working to fabricate a few more successful planes.

Here's one more plane that i recently made out of Coro and Thermocol wings.
Here's the video to it . Dont have the pics , i never clicked them at first place :-(

Q1.does the guy under the plane really think he can catch the falling plane

ANS1.the answer is NO :giggle:

i hadbeen doing it  , and i also know how it feels to see it shatters into peices.

good luck for flying

Vineet : Vineet I would say that we guys are new to this thing and having invested so much at this level anyone in our place do this kind of thing knowing that its not going to work .
Its hard to see it  just crashing down and shatter into pieces when you have given your heart and soul in building it. Its like my kid thats flying in the sky and i think what we were doing at that time was a little immature but still worth giving a shot .
Had it been a RTF we wouldnt have cared for it as much.
