Here a few pics of a foamy that I'm building. Built entirely from cut sections from foam plates (biofoam plates from biopacindia.com). You get a stack of plates for Rs.75/- in most grocery shops. One plate gives a small rectangular flat section and the wing and tail plane and stab are made by gluing sections.

Have a small aerofoil for the wing with ribs from the same plates. This is similar to one of the planes at this site - http://www.flyelectric.ukgateway.net/indoor.htm.
