Well when I first saw this little marvel in PankajC's  build thread, I never thought I would ever build this! So, here it is. Sorry my camera was on loan so I could no take picture of the initial stages.

Original Plan : Tony65x55 on Rcgroups
Original Build Thread : http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=681556&page=1
Plan PDFs :

Material : 4mm Biofoam
WS : 24"
Aerofoil : 4-40 under chambered  (Heat molded)
AUW : 220g
Motor: TURNIGY 2204-14T : 1450 kv/19g/2-3s http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idproduct=6547
Prop : GWS 8x4.5 SF
ESC : Exceed RC 12A
LiPo : Flightmax/Rhino 2S/500mAh/20c
Servo : 2x HXT500 for Rudder and elevator
          1x HXT900 for Ailerons

in this post, I am attaching the pictures after completion and straight back to stage where Fuse/Mono block were pasted and Servos were fixed.

Note that due to space constraints in the Fuse, I had this unique placement of Servos where the servos elevator/rudder where  first pasted together back to back, each's arm over others base. This saved me from having a bend in the push rod for clearance as the 1mm spring wire I used for rods would have flexed due to the bend.

Below:

Pic2: Servos stacked back to back, each one's arm over other's base
Pic3: Push rods exit at rear. Due to wrong build sequence, I ended up cuttign and then reinforcing fuse to insert the push rods

Hey nice build, please post the video of the maiden!

ujjwaana

@Vinay ... is that a teaser ? you would be there for its maiden.. and I would need your Camera for the video...

Well some tips for building:

1. You should modify the Fuse Monoblock to hold the Servo if you want the push rods to be hidden inside the fuse. I would upload the PDF for suggested change later. If you are fine with servos popping out of the fuse, the push rods routing would be simpler

2. Link the rods to the servos and route them thru the push rods exit holes at the rear of the fuse before you paste the two fuse side panels to the Mono block. other wise you would end up in a mess like in me. I had to melt the exit holes and cut a channel thru the elevator slot to insert the rods. Later I had to reinforce that area as you can see in the last two pics in the first post.
