I would recommend getting 3.5mm bullet connectors for the motor and esc and ec3 for the battery and esc.

EC3 are same as bullet.

I soldered bullets with ease. (1st time soldering anything) (youtube)

Motor esc is combo,
So do I need to join them

sooraj.palakkad

hey, a motor ESC combo don't mean it is pre connected, but some times it may have bullet connectors pre soldered though.

Most ESCs these days have an integrated BEC. The red and black wires of the servo type lead that come out of the ESC make up the BEC. It seems that you should do some reading on electronics. I would recommend this:

There have been reports that the Donkey breaks its mounts in a crash, but we have yet to experience.
I was using in my Indore Bipe.
Devashish (forum member) has one in his small 3D, and has done over 100 flights with no problem.
Both of us happy with the Donkey 2204 combo.
Incidentally, probably the least expensive...

Emax CF2822 1200kv is available for around Rs 500 (excellent value), but a 25-30amp esc will be required.

Choices are many - one has to start somewhere!

Would have suggested this (see pic) but does not seem to be available any more.
(My test showed 225gms thrust at 8100rpm on 8x4 black plastic prop, drawing 5amps/40watts on 2s 1300mah lipo at full throttle. Cost about 750 in 2012)
