What is the fuel used for this? Is it new or used?

Yes, it's new and just did a ground run on 1lt fuel on test bench.
It's converted for RC plane.
It's run on petrol with 2 stroke oil mix in petrol, which is 40:1, 25:1. 40ml in 1ltr to minimum 25ml in 1ltr.
