I want to purchase this RC QUADCOPTER for my son, can I order directly or I would require any sort of NOC or license to import this toy even for domestic use..

I had ordered a RC drone just like this one it was dm003 and wieght was under 250 gms....without camera just a toy now it has been 50 buisness days since I ordered and I have not received it...just waiting for 60 days to claim cashback so plz don't import...

I already PLACED an order, didn't receive even after 70 days and now I got a show cause notice from customs saying import of such items require NOC or license from DGCA, 🙁🙁

I'm clueless what reply should I send them, 🙁🙁🙁
