Hi,
Some months back on my request Mr. Saurab rastogiji, send me a hot wire cut WING from Hd theramcol.
Due to his super packing , it arrived safely. Hats off to him for such clean cut and Packing.  

To make the wings strong, i covered them with Envelop paper, which has thread mesh on one side with help of fevicol. The threads hold the thermacol, and prevents from ripping apart.
Later covered the wing with plastic laminated sheet from smoother air flow.

Placed at center thermacol piece,to make it Blunt nose, and to increase its area.
Tried to place the fins at center and give it a Wing-Wing look. But later changed and put the fins at the end of wing.

Maiden failed 15 times,due to launching method. on 16th attempt tried to launch it overhead and it flew straight away.  

This is the second wing i tried.
when i adjusted the Cg according to the ''Wing Cg calculator'', it never flew good. As soon i put the Cg some cm behind, it flew right away.
Does any one has experienced the same ?
