Title: ESC selection?

Can I use any Avionic 30A ESC to any 1000kv motor??? plz help

NO. you cannot select based on ESC Kv rating of a motor .

but 30A ESC can be used with most common 1000Kv out runners - you have to make sure, the max. power of motor is not higher than power handling capacity of ESC.

check motor descriptions and find max. current drawn. on maximum size prop (recommended prop). and select ecs.. and also always take 5 to 8 amps safety margin. if max. current drawn is 14 amp than chose 20 amp esc...
