8*4 prop(should i use a 9*5 ???)

emax gt2203( though i suggest a 1806 2280kv from quadkopters) and hk 10 amp esc :)

A 9*4.5 seems to be more appropriate for your plane ....
Moreover ... you could have made it cheaper

What material did you use for the firewall? Everytime I fly my Flyer, I either end up breaking a firewall (Acrylic) or a prop :(
Also where can I find the suitable wire for making the landing gears?

For the firewall I have successfully used copper clad board that is used in making PCBs
