As i wanted to get a non stick plane this was on the top of my list considering my budget. what happened is my birthday is on 6th of august and i asked my mom if i could have my birthday gift before and she agreed. though i will ask her for another one on my real birthday too ;D ;D. so here's the setup

E-starter from rcforall
2212/10 bl motor with 20A esc
3s 850 mah battery lipo
3 6g servos again from rcforalll
many i mean it many props for the plane from rcforall
and turborix 6 ch 72mhz tx and rx

first with rudder and then aileron training though i will install servos before.

i heard it has tail wheel hurray i can taxi around my house

one more thing i might put in a camera too i think it is not allowed  :'( :'(

and finally do i need to say it there will be even more better quality pictures and videos so stay tuned guys hopefully will start by sunday hoping to get by saturday.

finally a big big big big big thank you to sai uncle for the excellent quality products he has provided me with for my vtol project and also looking forward to the e-starter.

Hi Subbu, I suggest you to make the tail wheel assembly a tougher one by sticking a plastic (credit card) around the hole of rudder where you insert the tail gear, as it may break during landing, as happened in my case. well good wishes for you upcoming Birthday in advance. enjoy your e-starter.
Fly high if you have good set of batteries.....!

well guys on browsing rcg i found that tail wheel problem which sandeep uncle mentioned and battery casing reinforcement are the two main problems which i shall rectify sandeep uncle how is the planes handling in air and any other suggestion you might want to give about e-starter and also a few pics of your model would be lovely too

Subu,
Battery casing reinforcement is not important here, most important is reinforceing your servo, receiver and esc compartment. but best is to do it before your assembly.

i have used ice cream sticks to reinforce my e-starter. also, i have not used the original stick to mount the motor, rather used a square ply wood piece to mount the motor. i will send you the pic tomorrow. try to replace your elevator and rudder with 5 mm balsa.

i have no experience with balsa and do you mean i should make the elevator or reinforce it with balsa. when i come to thane i will come to your place and see it carefully

I might suggest trying Coro instead as it will be tougher than Balsa .

Make elevator and rudder with balsa, also try to make airlons with balsa as well. as Sai suggested Coro is also a good option. I say near to pramod's place, just drop in sometime. Saturday is perfect. :-)

hey guys received the e-starter yesterday as i requested aramex people for priority and it was an overnight parcel. so yester day night i started buildin the plane one thing i love it second thing the wing and fuse had little cracks so used epoxy and some reinforcement. and one more thing keep the 5 minute epoxy in hand as it is too helpful.  some progress on the build i finished the fuse part only battery hatch and landing remains.
then other than mounting the servo on the wing all the hinging and aileron torque rod and enforcements are in place. things left to do

mount servos (10mins)
complete tail assembly (1 and a half hour)
add the battery hatch (10 mins)
attach landing gears (10 minutes)
mount the motor and cowl (20 mins)

and some cleaning up and decaling and other small works (an hour)
so i will try to finish it by today and post the whole guide by sunday hopefully
becuase i need to complete the osprey model as on monday president of davcmc is coming to have to look.

Hey Subu ,
My sincere advice to you is please don't rush the build of any plane , there is nothing like dead lines .
I have learnt from my experience that rushing leads to minor imperfections which affect the performance of the aircraft. Do it right and do it well first time round.
We don't mind nither does it affect us if you post your build guide next week  ;D ;D
