I am a newbie and after spending time in the simulator i am planning on buying a jet plane and i have shortlisted the F-18 mini jet (Blue Ray scheme)/F-16 mini jet/Viper mini jet. All the three consists of Ducted Fan 50mm w/Outrunner Brushless Motor,2 X 8g high speed micro servos and 20 Amp Brushless Speed Control....... it will be very helpful if someone can tell me if this plane can carry the weight of 117 gm wolfpack 2200 mah battery?? Thanks

Nope!! I have the same plane and is for sale. It cant carry above 1300mah!! And for a beginner a jet ain't good!!

How much flying time are you getting with the 1200??

4-5 mins on 1300mah!!

@pratippolley  as JK has rightly pointed out, Jets are not for beginners. Please dont take my words the wrong way but flying a Jet for a first plane is not a good idea.

Buy a glider type pusher and when you become comfortable move to Jets.
