Title: How to calculate amount of polyhedral

Hello all,
I was designing a wing for my plane when I stumbled across this question. How to find the amount of polyhedral necessary in a plane? Is there any equation to find it out? How does the amount of polyhedral(length) needed vary with angle?
What is the amount of polyedral suggested for different types of planes?(cargo,trainer,aerial photography,glider etc.)
