Here is an experiment done few months back. able to complete only now.
Corrugated roofing sheet + 2mm corosheet, quite easily available was used. Very easy to make. Very very crash resistant and min drag makes this worth trying. Very fast model. lot of scope for beautification.

I thought the polycarbonate sheets were kinda expensive compared to depron or other materials. What made you use them ? Other than being unbreakable.

Did you just use a hacksaw to cut everything ? Or is there any other trick to making fine cuts on this material ?

yes they are bit expensive but very durable/ washable etc and most important very sturdy and does not need any reinforcement.
another point is that all the electronics are cable tied to the board and therefore flexible.

i could cut it with normal korean knife, bit tricky and not as easy as depron.

it is 2612-06: spec is 2200 kv, 5.1x5.2 prop. when i tried 60X40 prop it torque rolls on launch.
any suggestions any body?
