Title: making a balsa plane

i need help making a plane made from only balsa and other woods. i plan to make the plane light weight and strong so it can take up some beating! so could tell material to use where for the ribs,spar, fuselage and tail.and also what glue to use to hold them in place strongly

One of the best ways to strengthen Balsa wood is to pour few drops of Pidilite FlexKwik solution (20 gm bottle= 40 Rs) here and there . It makes the wood really strong, tough to break, but keeps it light weight.It bonds pieces too.

WEll balsa wood is damn costly if u got finance go for it!!
It is easy and you need proper cutting material
as it is wood fevicol is best
