Hi,
i am building my first RC plane.
will go with noob tube or a nutball or some other easy one.
which foam and what thickness should i get? 5mm?
and biofoam will perform the same as dollartree© foam?
and anyone can guide me through the complete process? I am new to the world of planes!
Help will be appreciated :)
thanks,
Rahul
you can go for Taitil sir's coro build's or a blubaby instead. Though it is your choice
thanks man
what electronics do you have ?(motor, esc,rx,batt, servos) .whats the total weight of your electronics?
for a begginer i would suggest dont go for nut ball .if foam is easily available try the blu baby, go for the 33wing span http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=681556&highlight=blu+babi
oh okay,
i have nothing available, though i have 2836 750kv motor and 11" props with 25A ESC, but i guess that wont work?
blu baby is easier than nutball?
which 2836 750kv can you post a link. Why won't it work it will surely work
rahul you can try avispad its very easy ill guide you  :)

this motor rcrnitesh.
and @nithinraj- is it very easy to build? can I lift a 18gram Rx of mine?
romanxdsouza says its quite heavy.
Also I got 800mAH battery and a 2200mAh 3S both.
I was guessing this ne you can easily build a plane using this motor powerfull enough go for the blubaby it will perfectly be a good trainer another one is the avispad and the j3 cub if you want plans for the j3 cub foam version i have it just drop me a pm I'll send you my collectio0n which I have downloaded almost all are trainers. You should use the 2200mah lipo. best of luck
okay, send me your collection.. :)
It may take me some time as i need to find out all the plans they are scattered also it will take time to upload them and then send them so wait for some time. and by the way are you a basketball fan because your email id says that
avispad and the j3 cub good choice go for it all the best ......happy landings
i was 6 years ago :)
waiting for the plans
and not the nutball?
I will go with blu baby ;) sounds sweet
sorted out now going to send will send you some more usefull stuff and yes all the plans are mingled
sent the first part now sending the second one.
roman sir and rahul everything is scattered and confused so please don't mind
no prob will sort it out thanks
have you guys recieved any emails
yup got to heading...plan3 and plan collection
you didn't get plan 2 if not will send it again
@Rahul: for 750kv size motor you can build 700grms weight plane and 2200 3s lipo is perfect. so i think avispad is better & it is very easy to build and stronger than foam models. you are building for the first time so don't go for complicated models and small wing span planes because those models will be very sensitive not easy for the first time go for larger wingspan because larger wingspan gives more stability as per my experience( correct me if i wrong ).
i have built avispad with the minimum setup like 1100kv motor , 2200kv 3s lipo, 2 servo(no aileron) polydihedral wing. i have attached pic below and some other avispad pic also.
Yeah sure avispad is a good choice
thanks rcrnitesh , i got everything ;) thanks alot
and nithinraj- 700gram plane okay, but 11" prop isnt it too big??
and avispad plans do you have?
Can you msg me all the stuff i need? i have no clevis, etc. no servos too! and i hope the plane isnt too costly.
i will go with max 1m wingspan as the park in which i fly is not as big as yours..
You can go with slowly just enlarge the plans a bit and you are good but the best is avispad you have all the electronics you just need the servos which won't cost you much for clevis you can use z bends hinges also you can make in coro easily.
check these servos http://www.muav.in/?wpsc-product=servo-rcforall-s0206-9gms (http://www.muav.in/?wpsc-product=servo-rcforall-s0206-9gms)
alright alright
coro is better than bio foam?
@Rahul: 11'' prop is not recommended use 10x5 prop. I have attached plan below.
thanks okay, and do u have pdf tiled version of this?
no Rahul :( but you can refer Sanjay sir's avispad build log.
