Sahil why you dont make a video on how to build actuator drives and how to connect them to the rx and actuators would love to learn and would hlep a lot of us too

i was actually planning to do that, been busy with work but will try to start earliest.

Take your time, please try to use stuff we can find easily in the local market,all the best you will need a good camera to zoom in too those tiny parts and im sure this video will be a hit world wide if all goes good, go for it "how to  build your own acuator drive  to connect your rx and actuators"

Ok so i ordered the jst wires called120mm Molex 1.25 Servo Extensions and Ar6300 Mini JST Plug and Servo Lead from edallhobby for ar6410 and dam   it doesnt fit the ar6410, also had ordered linear servo from vibranthobby and again the jst did not fit
here are some pics just so that we dont make this mistake like i did, if someone knows what type of jst plug this is which fits the ar6410 and were available in india would begreat. I do not blame edallhobby or vibrant hobby.

in the pics red,black,yellow fits the ar6410 need to know what it is called this jst stuff really confuses me

I think this is the servo i  braught from hobbysea and which fits perfectly to my ar6410,specs just say jst.i mailed vineet hopefuly he can give some specs or let me know if this  is the same kind of linear servo i purchased from him  www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__42302__2_4Ghz_SuperMicro_Systems_Single_Linear_Servo.html

Im guessing it is the ar6400 jst -sh adaptor lead which fits my ar6410... no sure thou .

if it is just a tight fit, have you tried a dremel or hobby knife to whittlle away a bit of plastic?

The 2 connectors are total different sir the female pins sizes are totally different here is a close up and the two wires extensions from edallyhobby have the same female jst.

if you know how to find three hollow needles (syringe), you could cut them and make tiny bullet connectors (make sure insulate) and plug into the board.  I would not try soldering directly into the board.

Or, try ebay for this item:  that way you won't have to make anything, just plug in.

I would love to try this sir but need to watch a video how its done first

on second thought, it's painstaking work and unless you have much soldering experience and the right tools, it may not be worth the effort.

got it, just for my knowledge sir any videos on the three hollow needles (syringe)thingy,what you mean by insulate the connectors....sorry i i dont have much knowledge  in this but would love to know,to know more i like asking up frount . Hope you dont mind.

there are many videos on youtube on how to make bullet connector usually 3.5mm size.  now imagine doing the same with connectors  1 mm size or less. and they don't make micro bullet connectors which is why you have to make it yourself.  again, it's much easier to buy the spektrum servo.
