@romanxdsouza,
Excellent! Congratulations.
An inspiration even for an oldie like me.
I'm sure ashok baijal, who keeps building something new and different, will build one of these next ;D
Thanks sir
Nice build and nice name :giggle:
you want to get preggy bitten what, why you taunting dog? :giggle: :giggle:
Roman,
As usual its supra.. {:)}
Now I shifted my interest from park flyer to Micro.. :salute:
Shailesh
Thanks neil and sailesh......micro is fun sailesh just have to remember 3letters AUW :thumbsup: .....the fun part is all my indoor micros i have flown outdoor :giggle: :giggle: just have to choose the right weather to fly.
Im trying keeping the micro and slowflyer together in the links below please read the very first post in the 3 links below before you post thanks

Preggy also does ROG and does some good landing
www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDB1DPveHi0
Preggy trys another ROG
www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAoBFSJ01o0
Mistakes made:
-with the balsa wheel i dint get proper landing so swapped it with foam wheels which put in 2 -3 grams of weight :giggle: :giggle:
- did not give in some degree right thrust on the motor so trim is way towards the right on rudder .....but now all good and balanced
- could be made lighter :thumbsup:
- went on a slightly windy day to fly :giggle: :giggle: :giggle: i prefer no wind at all, because then preggy can show off and do close pass by near to me and watch the joggers admire her.
That's awesome sir.
Great build and well flown. I love the model and definitely going to build one coz it's rainy now days and flying outdoor is difficult due to long grass in the field. This plane i can fly indoor as well as outdoor.
I have been looking for the electronics but can't find in India and these are very costly.
So any LHS selling electronics.
I also love DIY so any destination plz PM me link.
Thank you.
Regards.
Yes true micro electronics are difficult look at my slow flyer they are not bif 24- 30 inch max those fly well on small grounds infact all my nuild are for small grounds.....i too dont have place for micro....all my micro fly out door hahaha early mornings are the best
Would like to share some info on the covering....had many question about it.. the material i use to cover is easily found......the brown school book covers have a laminateed plastic on them thats what i use.....u may have troublpeeling the plastic from the brown paper its because of the glue used ..so i tried putin it in water and then boiling it it then seem to peel out easy.....i then removed it from the water peeled of the brown paper wich came of very easily and used the plastic...I have also used vegetable bags the transparent ones in bazzar they worked tooo http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/f1d-type-electronic-indoor
Adhesice use to cover is fevicol SR 998.....this is very very tacky sticks to finger and is difficult to remove.....i mix equal quantily of fevicol and acetone and then apply on the balsa u can use it on carbon rods too.....its a real pain actually :giggle:working with it :banghead: :banghead:
got back here after long put some colour on her and this is what she looks like now, enjoyed take offs and landings ...must watch
