Thanks Swizera.. you are correect, wing span is 8 inch

VC

Mjet, you mean wing chord is 8 inch.
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional!

Mjet

Sorry to mentioned wing span instead of Chord... yes wing chord is 8 Inch

VC , pl review , it may fly or not ??? motor mount and servo is a great task for me, i dont found any space for servo in cockpit ( only 1 inch space )??

Hi Mohan

Please tell what are the reinforcements you have used. Any carbon fiber rod or bamboo skewer etc ? The build looks good. Just make sure the high stress areas like area around wing mounting dowels, undercarraige, motor mount are appropriately strengthened.

The model will fly if you balance it correctly. You can mount the servos outside on the side walls if you run out of space

Ankur

VC

Absolutely agree with Ankur. You are building a flying model, not a scale model. If you don't find enough space within the cockpit, mount them outside on the fuselage and / / or cut a notch on the wing root and push it up. As long as it works and the baby flies - ki farak painda?!
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional!

Hi Ankur and VC,

Thanks for review and suggestions.

I have not used any reinforcement on wings and dowels ( Also not used in original post ).

Motor Mount – from 6 mm ply to be fixed in front of model with Hot glue or Araldite, motor will be mount with screws
Dowel – used 3 mm wire for this purpose and reinforced with hot glue , pl see the pictures
cross section of air foil ( 4 nos  ) under wings may be glued for strength as seen in some pictures , if you think OK.
Pl advise.
Thanks and Regards
