Trishit,

The all Ad board of SunPack are of 3mm. Mostly they are printed from Razabazar Area (SURJYA SEN STREET or named as Boithokkhana Bazar)  and I have searched thoroughly the sunpack suppliers of Razabazar area and Burabazar Area (Old chinaBazar Area), they work mostly on 3mm and some on 4mm. But no 2mm Stock.

Now have to search through Manufacturer thread.

So request you to crosscheck again with GSM value of the sunpack which is the proper thickness.

And you may try this

Thanks
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

42-46g/dm2 is fine
It is easier for me to have a span of around a meter. So if I increase the chord to get the wing loading you suggested how will the airplane perform? Where should I locate the CG on such an odd (100cm by 26cm as I am aiming for an AUW of about 800gms) wing?

The all Ad board of SunPack are of 3mm.
I measured mine with a ruler so there can be some error! Thank you for the clarification! :)
It is the pervading law of all things organic and inorganic,
Of all things physical and metaphysical,
Of all things human and all things super-human,
Of all true manifestations of the head,
Of the heart, of the soul,
That the life is recognizable in its expression,
That form ever follows function. This is the law.
