Sure sandeep sir, will keep that in mind next time onwards.

@avishek : how do you plan to attach the push rods in your foamy?

avishekghosh07

I will attach servos near to stabilizers on fuselage. I left tube type hole at inner fuselage to pass the servo wire to the end of fuselage.

So, finally after a long delay, the foamy, RG1508 is complete, 10 mins of work remains on it. Everything is done except the painting, have decided to do the painting after the maiden, will post the pics tomorrow.

Alright so after 3 months, and a bit of hectic work in the last couple of days, I finally finished painting my plane and have got the final product which is ready for the maiden. It is a bit of Cessna 182 and 185 actually an average of both.  ;D

Now, let me begin with some pics

Good job. Looks fantastic! :) Have you used any reinforcement for the wings?
And whats the AUW?

VC

I feel ashamed to call myself a scratchbuilder after this!

Rohit, I hope you understand Bengali. There is only one term to describe this beauty "Fata Fati Guru!" ;)

CONGRATS!

But none-the-less hats off to the build and finish  :salute: :salute:

That baby looks like it was imported from HK. Fabulous build!

If I may be allowed to add 2 suggestions here:

1. Change the yellow rubber bands to black.

2. Get some (4) stickers cut from a car number plate sticker seller - VT - ROG and slap them on the fuselage sides and wing top and bottom. Voila!

Can change the thin rubber bands(the one which goes diagonally) but I dont have a black colored replacement for the thick one.

Yes, will do that. Thanks.

Thick black rubber bands = Old scooter / bike tyre tube (available for free) + metal scale + sharp cutting knife = Simple!

Hey nice work!
I like to share with you that even I have made a depron (foamy) aircraft, its 99% done, just a slight paint job is left!
Will post pics soon!
I started constructing it since December last year... Named it as IND333
I made the wing span of 54 inches and total weight is 982 grams!!! Trying more and more modifications!

If you have really made this, no doubt, you are a master in craft, and that glue you use is the best!!

Hey thanks Globalmind and yes I have made this but I am not a master in craft, just a beginner.  ;D

Rohit,
Damn busy I was that cannot read this.

Grate fnish. Anyone can tell it as machine finish or clone including me.

Eager to clone at BE&S`U. Foams, Glue, Hot wire cutter and other gears are waiting for cloning. What motor you used? 150 watt 2812 or old 350 watt ?.

What is the front wheel ? A Closeup pic please. (From VKSingh?)
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.
