Prop seems to be in good proportion with the plane, or may be its a bit larger

Nice build Bala. you sheeting is real clean. Did you extend the central longeron all the way till the tails ? else do reinforce the middle fuse section of the cockpit.

means, total weight with controls Battery, power system etc.
