I got My xiaomi yi from them,,,
get a micro sd card as well....
Search for the new firm ware....with respect to the model and model number written on it :)
And Flash the firmware by adding that software firmware to micro sd card and switch it on...it will take a few minutes and then on completion it will turn of....And you are done. :)

I've got a xiaomi yi genuine camera
Just used it for WiFi range check
Can sell it for around 6kpm me if you're interested
