p51D mustang build

It've been many days since i build a Scale model.
So decided to make most famous and attractive p51D Mustang.I'm a huge fan of this plane.
First saw it in animation movies and than on Youtube. Finally it's coming to reality in front of me.

I'll take much time i can to make it scale and accurate.

Installed landing gear with shockers.

Really well done

To tell you the truth, i liked the initial build pics, but was a bit dissapointed with the fuselage top, the covering material, the canopy, the pic of the wingtip etc.
I stopped my Mustang build as i was not satisfied with the finish.

But now that you have made a successful Mustang, you can think of other details.

Never saw a trike Mustang before though!

But I asked about movies on computer monitor.
@ Iyer sir , this is my first build with coroplast sheet
I worked with Balsa
I'll try to keep it more scale next time .

What material did you use for covering?
Should've used monokote.

I used gift covering.
But now I bought aluminum foil adhesive tape for more scale look.
@Prabal - I used HD wing camera

Especially liked the cloud views from onboard cam, and ground cam view of inverted pass.

I brought flying this beauty to one step further.
Added cockpit FPV

Also aluminium foil tape arrived.(20meter by 5cm only for Rs.80/-)
