Thank you Iyer sir

Believe me when I say my total spend (without electronics & Landing Gear) on a model like this is less than 600 Rs.

After crashing I recycle the parts  ;D

Rivets, glad you noticed them. I didn't   Unless you meant the 6 mm long Self Tapping Screws holding the windscreen (which is cut out from an Indigo Air drinking water glass  ;) ) to the 6 mm balsa base plate, which is black because I covered with coloured tape

Someone PMd me as to how I got full size plans

1. Why PM? Put it on the forum; someone else too might have the same query
2. If you read some of my earlier posts this has been answered before
3. Go to a big photocopy shop - the type who have A0 A1 printer/plotters, normally do Engineering/Architectural drawings. The rate in my place is Rs. 80.
4. Please don't ask where I got the plans. Take your plan in a pen-drive in a .pdf format and ensure printing at 100% size

Thank you Prashant

To cut the inside holes/rectangular openings in the formers, I first drill holes in the corners of the opening to be cut. Then either I use a coping saw, or small circular saws on a Dremel or flexible shaft grinder. Finish off with a file

Thank you Ashok-ji. Now that the sweepstakes are here, I am really looking forward to your builds, to see how a master does it!  :salute:
