I just bought it from RC Bazaar.

They have half assembled it. I need help on how to fix wings and rudder and servos.

Can any1 from Mumbai HELP !

NO Its still the same.. i had ordered RTF version(i paid extra for RTF word).. seller sent me ARF version.

A big NO to your statement above. You paid for the components like servos, motor, esc and we did NOT charge you a single penny for fixing the servos, motor, soldering the esc and programming the radio.
And as clearly discussed with you and myself personally you had to fix the aileron servo as the wings had to be joined together and would have issues in transit the same goes for fixing LG's too for which it was agreed by you.
FYI and as a reminder we went to the extent of opening the store at times like 12 and 1 midnight to talk to you on skype and getting the stuff fixed for you. The issue with you is you were sitting on a rocket and wanted everything done like yesterday if not the last century, you did also gave a hell of a time to my staff for delaying to send the missed wheel and LG wire by a day and stated that we have wasted "your time" and we did this assembly as a courtesy to you and not get finger pointed at "I paid for RTF and got a ARF". Why should we go the extra mile to help anyone out if they are not courteous? 
From day one I have stated that, you need to get some basic help in gluing the hinges and fixing the ail servos and we did initiate this by video chat to you (and also I stated that I will put you on to someone close by to your place) but we stopped this as we don't want to deal with people with an attitude as it will turn out to be a bad breath (which it did as I can see now) with what ever effort we put across. And again I am being very calm about the above situation and let us know if you require any help as we are open to praise and criticism both but with a better tone and manner.

I wouldn't have bought the plane, if u stated this at start, and I had told u... I will pay you if its a RTF version.

You still can send us the model back as is if not happy with our services we don't have any issues with this. The servo has to be fixed as stated earlier as i don't want this thread to slander away from its core so will end the discussion. We are here to help and will always be.

+1 they did that for me too, in terms of customer support RCB has grown to mammoth proportions, Ajinkya, if you stay in this hobby for long you will realise, no LHS does what RCB did for you (like you said in your earlier posts, RCB +100, i echo that), i wish they do it for me too, so that i can concentrate on flying . that said, all the best for your maiden. This part you have posted is the part conversation that we have had and unfortunately i cannot record telephonic conversations here and I don't want this thread to be the judge of what we are.
In fact we will refund the amount and you can choose to keep the model with you and it's electronics if you want and I don't have any issues with this.
What you need to learn is courtesy when you speak to people and also false statements that we charged you for RTF(check the amount you paid and we have not charged you for making this model). Intact we have spend for time and accessories from our pocket for what we have sent you. It's very simple to calculate add up the cost of the model and it's accessories that you have bought and you will get the figure that you paid not a penny has been charged for fixing anything here and if done the entire model with electronics if free for you as any case we will refund your money back. I specifically took up your case as you were a beginner and wanted to get you in this hobby to stay. Looks like its getting done otherwise here.
I see this as a lesson to us too on how far we should go and how far we shouldn't in helping out people like you. You have my email so send me ur account details and the refund will happens ASAP

you should have done some homework before you ordered this model!

if you see my signature, you can see i also own a PT Ryan picked up from RcBazaar and even Sujju was with me when i maiden her, it is not a model for a beginner i did crash it on the first chuck!

IMHO posting a conversation which belongs to a corporate organization in a public forum is not a right way to argue your point.

RcBazaar still does not have a Six Sigma or ISO standards of operations, small error here and there will happen which i think is fine untill they ship the missing parts and consider that it was their fault!

looking at the pics you have attached, they have not attached the motor, and aileron servos which i think is perfectly fine as they have cut down on shipping charges, how do you expect them to attach the wings and ship it to your place knowing the fact the the courier guys just throw the parcels into moving containers!

Patience is required in this hobby, if not pls consider something else!

I guess sujju would have refunded back the amount you paid for, if i was in your shoe i would have sent the model back, your call on this!


 

A 80% arf model probably made 95% by rcb and handed over to Ajinkya  almost a month back and he is still not managed to understand the fixture , where as i guess most of us in this forum who has basic knowledge of aircraft and its aerodynamics would take less than 30 mns to put it together and up  in the air , this clearly shows the level of understanding here ....this guy is outside the paradigm    and we may be judging him from the inside ..he is clearly expecting something that flies rite out of the  box for him its as simple as up down left right and Ryan is a cool looking smiling aircraft  ,
no offense to anyone here ,its just my thought after going through the misunderstood exchanges posted
