Been learning aerobatics on it  :giggle: :giggle: so after many repairs finally sent it to that great Aeromodel Resting Place in the Sky.

And, now we go :D

And thats all the blanks cut out in Corro. Fuse and wing 3 mm, Tail, Fin, Rudder, Elevator and ailerons 4 mm. Firewall 100 mm ply, formers 5 mm ply

Sir , from where you got Spring steel landing gears and push rods material ?

1.Landing gear: I bought spring steel wire from a spring manufacturer, and bent it myself. Reply %7 shows
2. Pushrods: Bare rods I normally use cycle spokes - up to a 25 size I use 2 mm (depends of course on the length of the rod)  In this model I used 2 mm cycle spokes for the aileron pushrods

I use commercial wire-in-tube rods too - see http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__13036__Control_Rod_ABS_Sleeve_1pc_bag_.html

In this model I used that for one pushrod, for the other, I had bought 1.2 mm spring steel wire, and used that with a PVC tube. This system of wire-in tube needs anchoring at several points, and is, I find, one of the best ways to make pushrods
