Scribble down the plans though. After you finish, if it flies well, make them fair, and post

Just saw this today only... A plywood plane! Seriously? If It flies then :hatsoff: to your effort . It must be an IC one right..

@abhayf14: very nice model. What are you planning to cover this. Vinyl sheets?

@topalle: go through the thread from beginning. This is an electric one 540KV 900W motor.

That's some crafty aeroplane, nice build. ;D

Looks like commercial grade ply? What's the weight of the airframe at this point?

@abhayf14
Looks good so far, but seems very labour intensive.
Do you have a spar going aar paar through the fuselage?
Hope you are not depending on the root rib alone to bear the bending load on the wing.
No leading edge? Covering with coro?
Rush, rush.
Only one day left...

Lovely! something I've been wanting to do for long...commercial ply (or veneer 1/1.5 mm).. Have used veneer for repairs of balsa models and it works very well. Yes it is labour intensive, but a dremel and a jigsaw come in handy

Will be watching this thread to know more on how it flies...

All the best

Abhay, your model is tip-stalling. You need washout on the wing.

Nice place. Where were you flying?

sanjayrai55

Wind was up, but not too bad this morning. I also maidened a model this morning, Corraptor.

And flew several sorties
