Hi,
What material is this CORO?? We call corrogated plastic sheets CORO in UK. These sheets are PVC Corrogated sheets most commonly used as estate agents boards. To strengthen, one pushes a bamboo skewer in the flute; so elevator has a skewer where the hinge is and the horizontal; stabiliser also has a skewer near the joint. To hinge, just cut one of the walls of the flute.
