Build this rc plane some days back.

Base is made of coro, to absorb harsh landings.
depron reinforced with wooden spars and later covered with a layer of 3mm coro.

coro is very durable, it doesn't tear easily. the cor flutes can be filled by metal spokes, to make them more rigid .

Fantastic Manoj i wanted to do this from a long time (filming a flying plane from quad). you have brought up a new style of building COro foam!!!
