wing size looks like: 20"
so make elevator at least: 7-8"
control surfaces at least: 1" each, 1.5" for better results

it will fly , but it will be a fast plane by its size. so will be hard to control. if  you have a flying field with rice field, or wheat field, try there
as crashing will not harm plane much.

if it doesnt fly well, i have a coro slow stick that i can give to you if you just pay the shipping charges.
