As the third generation of remote sensing technology, uav remote sensing technology has the advantages of three-dimensional monitoring, fast response speed, wide monitoring range and small terrain interference, etc. It is one of the important development directions for the identification of pollution sources and concentration monitoring of atmospheric emergencies in the future.

But the drone's payload is limited.High precision sensor load is needed to complete high precision atmospheric environment monitoring. However, traditional sensors are often not suitable in terms of volume and weight. As a result, lighter and more convenient unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) detectors have become the focus of large enterprises

Take MMC's Niffer G2 as an example. This gas detector mainly includes gas detection sensor, data transmission /GPRS, ground station/server, data processing software and so on.It was eventually mounted on a drone.
The main detection methods of sensor components in the monitoring module include electrochemical detection (measuring conventional gases such as SO2, CO, NO2 and O3), photoelectric particle detection (measuring VOCs, etc.), and laser scattering detection (measuring PM2.5, PM10, etc.).
