When it comes to a slow flying trainer, "Frog" design is one of the best. They say that, if u can't fly "FROG", you cannot fly any thing.
For a windy day flying, STINGRAY is one of the very stable, reasonably fast Delta Wing.
I had made both of these few years back, and had enjoyed flying them.
RCGROUPS has detailed thread on these.
Recently made these two planes again. FROG was made with depron and Stingray was made using CORO

Frog Looks good for FPV too, Large bulkhead, black portion of the canopy replaced by a transparent one, you have yourself a decent cheap stable and slow FPV aeroplane. your views sir
There are lot of videos of Mr Ashta at http://www.youtube.com/user/ashtasky
all of them worth looking at and learning from
thank you Mr.Augustine. Very special to me when a person like you writes.
"FROG" is total 300 grams. The wings are just depron and no Reinforecment. For hobby FPV it may be OK. But for any serious FPV, i am not sure.
warm regards
