I am looking to buy TBS Tango 2 pro version from which site I can get that and also don't face any customs issue while importing it.

You can get from Gettbs.in, i had a discussin with them, as they said to bring Tango 2/pro on order but we have to pay all the duty.

DHL and UPS will take care of tax and duty for you and you'll pay to them. Thing is DHL has shipping service suspension to India while UPS has not shipping service.

Getting RC Controller thru post  is worst nightmare these days, which was not that easy 5-10 years ago anyway. Dont get into DHL-FedEx thieves ... they will charge you bomb even if they could an already restricted item through Customs.  Since it is more like a Video Game Controller, if you are brave, try   to get thru regular mail , through a seller who is ready to throw the actual box, pack it in nondescript box and may be remove and send the antenna separately . But there would always be a risk.
