I want help to connect avionic 30 amp ESC to motor..... help What are A B C wrote about ESC connections to motor???

Just connect the ESC wires to the motor, IN ANY ORDER.
If the motor runs in reverse, just interchange any two wires.

Is it harmful for the motor???? Risky?

NO...Its only important for sensor-ed motors....no risk for sensorless.

Hi my friend, let's take this in more simpler way:

______A - B - C______

Left - Center - Right

We can switch wires from A to C or C to A (this will change the rotation of the motor)
However, we need to ensure that the 'Center' or 'B' of ESC should be connected to center/middle wire of the motor.

Simple!

Not true, even A-A, B-C, C-B would fine....Any means ANY of the three wires can go in ANY way, not Center to only B.

connect three leads from esc to motor in any combination, and if you want to reverse rotation, swap any two. As Iyer sir and Nanu suggested.
