It is highly unusual to have such a high power 7.4V motor. The current would be over 45 A for the maximum rated power. One would normally use, at the least, a 11.1V motor if you needed so much power.

How have you arrived at the choice of this motor? What is the kind of airplane you are intending to build/acquire?

As said often enough on the forum, please give more - and detailed - information of what your objective is.

hey hemant....

here's what i do  to see which electronics match best: >>> in case i am planning a foamy

step1
go to hk website..... the plane page

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__57__191__Planes_ARF_RTF_KIT-All_Models.html

step2
select the prototype plane which matches my foamy palns... for eg i want a good trainer like this similar in wt. , wingspan, leght, ....... specifications are given.... for eg....

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__14792__J3_Green_Airplane_Model_Kit.html

step 3
scroll down to electronics mentioned.... like batt, motor, esc, servo wt lik 9 gms etc......

step 4
now u find that prop size not given....... or if its not clear...... find the motor in motors page
eg  2410 Brushless outrunner ...... in this case
i go to ......

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory=59 >>>>
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__517__59__Brushless_Motors-Outrunners_by_size.html >>>>

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__519__517__Brushless_Motors-Bell_Type.html >>>>>

finaly select one with matching  specifications

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__664__TowerPro_Brushless_Outrunner_2410_08T_890kv.html

see specificatios ..... tadaannnn :o..... all prop sizes given.....so easy...
if u have difficulty locating  the motor

simplest way...... copy paste to google + add hobbyking ...... eg u search for " 2410 Brushless outrunner -- hobbyking" in google..... u are straight way there.... {:)}

now incase,
u have a motor with u........
......... (this may be done with any part....

go to hking page..... tere u find "contact" tab..... at centre .... just right to "forum" tab....
go for it...... click on green tab ..... to chat......
chat with executive....... he,ll transfer it to technical expert.....

now what u do is give him product ID of motor on there website.... that matches ur motor......ie in KV, wight, volts etc.. (follow step 4)

and ask him to find right plane for that motor.......

...... but experts are not present round clock....... i find them typically ater 2pm in afternoon

...... great way to use HK website...  >:D
.......... dont forget to add reputation if u find this helpful..... u do it clicking blue heart below my name.........  (:|~ .... i am reputation thirsty to be honest...... (:|~ :hatsoff:
