I am using a 30A ESC for A2212/10T 1000kv motor with 10*4.5 props and a 4500 mah 25c battery

Where did i go wrong
Please help as soon as possible, i have already lost about 10 esc and 2 motors

Lost 10 Esc's! Means you did the same experiment 10 times, instead of stopping after 2-3!

Are you using a 4s or 6s lipo? Thereby using a voltagehigher than the Esc can take (maybe 3s).
You didn't say how many cells your 4500mah 25c lipo had!

Hey,
I suspect that the way you must have set-it-up is not Right.
The motor you have mentioned, draws 15A max. The Esc too is capable of 30A. The Lipo is also capable of a sustainable discharge rate at that current rating. So theoretically, it should work fine.We now need to figure out the cause of the ESC zip-zip.
The ESC only burns if:
1) Either it is faulty
2) There is some Damage due to Improper connection somewhere. Could be ANY connection. Reverse polarity also fries ESC's like BBQ.
3) Excess current passed through it.
Could be a mistake on your part. Could be a mistake in the batch of the products you have with you.
As others have also asked, Please post a Picture. A clean, stable video , if possible, with every connection and joint visible (don't turn it on) will be even more helpful.
Regards :)

There is also a 2200kv version of the same motor which is also very common. They are meant to be used with 6030 props while drawing 25A. By using a 1045 prop you are massively overpropping the motor. Because of this the motor would consume in excess of 40 amps.
Do confirm that your motor is a 1000kv and not a 2200kv.

How do you expect me or Iyer sir To figure out the problem if you don't post a Photo?
We have asked you twice.
Post the photo please.
This is like giving an Exam Without the Pen.

Your prop overloades the motor and burnt ESC. Motor KV is not 1000KV I think, but near about 1400 KV
So, reduce the prop power Using 8x6 prop or 8x5 propand measure current.
Use 60% of the ESC current, as maximum that is not more than 18A.
If you need more ampear, use 50A red brick ESC.
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.
