Asin..actually your problem is nothing.. dont be sad..here is the remedy..

you uses a motor like this one..yes..? so, you are forced to fix this as outside, because the shaft is protuding from outrunner cup.. so, we have to shift it back, that the drive shaft must be on the flange side..? ok..? do this..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

carefully remove motor from craft.. remove prop and every thing..
remove mounting base base from motor..

so, we will get a motor like this..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now you can see an E clip or a circular clip of steel on the shaft of the motor as shown..
gently remove it with micro or sharp nose plier..make sure to take extra care to avoid scratching motor.. we must consider electronic equpments as a COW, that they cant talk..but gives us valuable stuffs like milk and butter.. like that motors and ESCs  and every electronics are like cow.. they never talks.. but serves us a lots.. with their magnificient ability.. so take care to avoid any extreme shocks and scratches..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now clip or lock removed..
pull out the outrunner cup from stator...
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now carefully examine the motor outrunner as you can see one or two flush mounted screws on the neck of the motor..
insert an apropriate Allen's key in to the screw..as shown..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now removed screw..take extra care to avoid damaging threads..
now see the tiny screw with Allen's key head.. keep it aside in a box..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now take a small hammer , a piece of ply wood (hard one), and a clean cloth..
make a gap, that holds the motor shaft..on vise..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

sorry for the repeated delayed postings..too slow connection.. :banghead:

now put the cloth on vise..
place motor as shown..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now place the plywood on shaft..
hammer it hardly, but with care..avoid multiple strokes..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

out running cup is in our hand..
and can see the shaft..with an O ring of brass.. dont loose this shim as it is used to make the runner free..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

now place the shaft up side down, means, it must have a ridge to hold the E clip..the ridge must come on the side of the out runner now..

install the E clip back in rear position of the cup..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

replace the screw with Allen's key screw back..make sure it is tight about a good torque..but please do not over tight it..this can make a slippage in threads as it is soft aluminum..
apply a little Cyano 76 grade on to the shaft..for making sure it never slips..
Phoenix.........

roopeshkrishna

put the rotor back on stator.. now can see the drive shaft became in opposite direction of the motor with respect the previous position..it now protuding from motor base..

install prop and test it for free movements..
Phoenix.........

many thanks  {:)}...Krishna Ji......I tried same but was afraid of taking the shaft out of the outrunner cup. Now I can do it confidently after seeing you doing it.

again many thanks, Now I can fly this beauty as it should be flying gracefully in the high sky in the right way.  :hatsoff:
