Friends , i am making a wifi controlled quadcopter for my final year project. for that i am using brushless motors with mystery 30A speedcontroller. i am having problem regarding connecting the speed controller with the microcontroller and programming it via atmega 32....plzzz guyz help me out regarding this thing...i am really short on time as my presentation date is arriving...
I think you would need specific PWM initialization levels during startup to give the ESC the Throttle 'closed' position. Ever tried to initialize an ESC on wrong channel or on throttle channel with some trims ? Your code should initialize all the ESC properly on power up. Please ensure you include this code module if you are using a community code. If its you all - scratch code, look at the init code on similar platform and implement the same on your project.

The value 890 etc seem to be arrived at via trail and error, using a pot.
