i was testing my quad for the first time with the new motors on,there was a weird sound coming from 2 motors ,i noticed the outer body is moving freely ,but the other 2 and some previous motors i have turn with a resistance .
i dont know what to do , i didnt even get to fly the quad 
the motor is cf2822 emax 1200kv bought from rcmumbai(chintal sir please help!!!)

Is the motors still working ?
If yes nothing to worry, as motors do get smooth after 2-3 runs.

ESC set to brake on - resistance, brake off - no resistance!
Just general knowledge regarding 2822. No knowledge of quads.

What kind of noise ?
Are the motors rotating correctly, or are they vibrating unnecessarily ?

Do you mean to say that the shaft is not attached to the outer covering of the motor?
