1.) the power system i.e. if i use a transformer with rated (required voltage suppose 11.1 v like a 3s output and current suppose if i m using 20amps esc so the transformer would have a max amps supply of 25 amps) then would the motor run .
2.) and if the motor is running with the above setup at low rpms then can it be run continiousiy for hours.
if anyone had any such experience before please help and suggest on this .
actually i want to use this motor to run an air blower on my home made aluminium furnace.

You can use a good quality power adapter for it. Local Transformer based power supplies usually don't provide clean electricity. Not good for the ESC.
Based on your Amperage requirement, Get a SMPS like this one: http://www.ebay.in/itm/171362464471 (http://www.ebay.in/itm/171362464471)

Get a good quality motor and ESC and you sure can run it for prolonged hours. Run it at 75% or less throttle so as to avoid electronics to get too hot.

Try to create as much distance as possible between the heat source (Furnace) and the motor. This will ensure smooth operation and will prolong the life of your setup.
