Post by: karan3_k on June 30, 2012, 11:14:17 AM
I am using AX 2308N 1100kv brushless Micro Motor- hobbyking with Hobbyking SS Series 15-18A ESC, now when i use motor without props it goes fine... but with prop. it stops, as it dont knows in which direction it has to rotate.

i had gone thru several blogs, i had tried everything, checked battery, different esc, wires...

some topic says abt prob in connection in motor coil connection or loose magnets...
but how to check it  ???

Resolder the bullet connectors at motor end. Each motor wire should have multiple winding wires twisted together; while soldering make sure each of these winding wire have proper contact with the connector.

Karan bro i do agree with SunLikeStar. I am sure somewhere near connector or motor connection is really weak(only few strands might have left). So your motor is only able to handle no load current. So it moves without prop.
