rewinding emax 2822

can you guys please help me for rewinding my emax cf 2822 1200Kv motor...
i have a spare one which is damaged(one wire came out from the motor) :banghead: :banghead:
please give me some ideas or informations for rewinding my motor..
i am planning for delta winding with 22g wire but dont know how many turns? :headscratch: :headscratch:

Can't you count the number of turns while removing?

@rastsaurabh: yaar thanks for the help, but i already read lot about winding methods and types.. i was confused in the no of turns and wire gauge ratio.. :(  :headscratch: :headscratch:

sir i didnt remove the old winding yet so that i can count the number of turns, but will the number of turns varies with respect to the wire thickness..? :headscratch: :headscratch:

Should'nt you use the same wire gauge? This is what I have seen electricians rewinding Industrial motors do

but how to know which gauge wire is used?

if i take this to the electrical shop can they find the exact match just by seeing this? will make a try tomorrow.. thanks sanjay anyway... will update the progress...  :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Arun the doc explans it all..... see some part here....
# of turn calculation

Original field rotation speed * # turns = new field rotation speed * new # turns
Thus:
New Wind = (Original field rotation speed / Desired field rotation speed) * Original # of turns

Again targeting 2200 kV we calculate # turns for 14,10, an 8 magnets

14 magnets - (7609/15400) * 16 = 7.9 - We'll round it to 8 turns
10 magnets - (7609/11000) * 16 = 11.05 - We'll round to 11 turns
8 magnets - (7609/8800) * 16 = 13.8 - We can estimate about 14 turns.

Calculate Rm

Copper loss may be estimated by two methods:

Method #1: New Rm = ((New # turns/ Original # turns) * Original Rm) / (1+ % fill change)
Where % fill fill change is an estimate of how much more or less filling of copper you plan on fitting in the stator. This can be calculated or just estimated.

Down load / save as on your computer desktop first.

post that change the jpg extn to  .rar.

then try opening.
