You most probably have to replace the motor or bend the shaft back into place. Even if you do get it back into shape, it will never be as good as it was.

Adithya, whats the rating of your motor..? means RPM/Volts, wattage, and volt rating.. ?  it is easy to repair the motor, and if you done it correctly, it will be fine as new.. if it is feasible with me, (the specs of your motor), please courrier it to me, and i will give you an other new motor, as most of the time, i alters my motors up to my needs..  so, please post some photographs of your motor and tell me the specs..

Yes.. we can make it straight with parallel press, can do from any lathe, and can find the shaft outs by fixing it on to the chuck of the drill, and turn it slowly.. then a marker attached to a pointer arm, (used in lathe works to keep centre) marks the outs.. can rework easily..

Thanks Roopeshji. I will try to make the shaft straight.
But can a slightly bend shaft be used , will it create much problem.

the shaft bend can be avoided by using a spring platform.. will add only about 10 or 20 grams, but saves motor almost..

by holding the armature on the chuck, can found out easily, on both sides, then can go for straightening by press..
