Try calling early - 11am as they are usually crowded and cant answer the calls. And they work late cos of shipping...
They usually respond

Been there, seen that !!!

I think all my issues and doubts have been resolved with help and involvement of all here.. some pics of the plane assembled.. have made two small holes on the nose to let in air for cooling of ESC.. she looks graceful... hope to fly soon

Good going. Why did you put that tape on nose.
Also, the yellow and black star combination looks cool. It will help you a lot while flying.

The nose is taped for protection... I am not very confident with my skills... have made 4 models till now... none of them successful... so decided to buy one till I develop the skill to build one..

Very good decision of first learning from a RTF.
Did you practice on simulator?

One of my friend Varun Joshi also recently ordered the same Sky Surfer V3. You can check his take off video on RCB website. Its from ground without landing gear. You'll love it.

It's a nice plane to fly n one of te best for fpv.
It's great you got a replacement ESC (kudos to RCB). I hope that solves the throttle n heating issues you faced. Else I do have suggestions, lol
Happy flying
