I will be starting on an rc car.My biggest problem is that I cannot get an inrunner in bangalore. If anyone knows anyone in bangalore or india please let me know. The only place I can think of in bangalore is model art at the forum mall.
An inrunner requires more maintenance,i guess because of the insanely high revs.
I also wanted to ask if the EMAX ESCs from rcdhamaka are good and if they can be used with an inrunner of another brand.
so,please suggest what I can buy and where to buy it from.

Model Art sells cars, so they should have it.

A brushless ESC should work with all brushless motors (inrunner and outrunner).  You need to find an ESC of the right capacity for the specific motor though (in other words, you can't mix and match arbitrarily).  But you cannot use a brushless ESC on a brushed motor (and vice versa).

Looks like there is a strong bias towards nitro/glow cars  in India for RC cars, so finding electric car related parts many not be easy.

Thanks a lot Mr.Anwar.
Very useful response. And thanks for letting me know this fact about people's choice.
And either way,I am making my car  to learn about rc.
My ultimate goal is to make a fixed wing airplane.I just love aircraft and dream of working at Boeing,Lockheed martin or airbus. All of this modeling really helps.
