Up for sale is meticulously maintained FUTABA 6 channel 2.4 GHz transmitter.  This is the dedicated 2.4 version.  It has had no problems at all and has had only best in care.  If you look at the pictures, there are barely any scratches, still have protection cover on the LCD panel that's how nice this is.  This is a Mode 2 transmitter.

Great price on the TX alone.  How much will the TX alone be including shipping to Bangalore? How much does the JR cost? Where did you buy these radios from??

with the Rx and Tx both what other things do i need to use it on my Mini titan-e325. How can the radio be configured i mean is it programmable by some software from computer?

You just need TX & RX no crystal no channels etc…because its 2.4 GHz  this model is basically designed for both Airplanes and Helis, yes you need to manually do the setting in the transmitter for flying helis.

Am not really sure about this i am into Airplanes may be we need to leave this to our Heli experts in the forum  8)

futaba has discontinued making this model aint it, so if anything goes wrong there is no other option rather than buying a new one considering all the facts i would be willing to pay 3000 for the entire package, i know it is well below what u had expected but man it still is a second hand radio.consider it i am here for the night

Where did you buy the 10X 2.4ghz. I was told that JR only makes the 9 & 12 ch radio in the 2.4ghz range.

People by the JR 10x PCM and put Spectrum 9ch 2.4 module in it.  That is what is being referred to here.  Many hobby shops  offer the combo, so the buyer can easily feel that it is "2.4Ghz JR 10X".

But most people go for the native 2.4 JR X9303.  Other than adding a bit of latency (which is noticeable only if you are a super hot shot pilot), the big drawback quoted for 10x is that it comes in separate "heli" and "plane" versions, which cannot handle the other type easily.  From what I understood, if you got the "plane" version of the 10x, there is no easy swash mixing capabilities needed for helis (not that it cannot be done, it requires serious manual mixing).

So most people go for the 9ch, or if one has enough dough, for the 12X.  The 9303 is also said to be easier to program than the 10x.

You have hit the nail right on the head, its a used JR 10X PCM converted to 2.4Ghz i am getting it from my friend whos coming back to india.   ;D

Nope.  You can use the same TG6100M as the gyro.

And for a radio such as this, it is better to do the CCPM mixing in the radio (instead of doing it in the TG6100M).  You will need to rewire the connections a little bit to do this.

BTW, (and I have mentioned this before,) a new radio will NOT solve the existing problems you are mentioning in the MiniTitan thread.  Those problem have everything to do with HOW you are setting up the heli, and has NOTHING to do with the equipment you are currently using.
