No it comes with a booklet manual. It pretty understandable.

Well, I have been using RDS8000 for two years now. All I can say is that it is one of the easiest radio to program, the functions are very simple and easy to adapt to.

Its strange how people try to put bad pictures on when we dont agree to their price request .

more over you have not mentioned that the dongle is 5months old...!! which you told me later..

and  700 for a 5 month old item which costs  1100(new) is not a bad deal

to add more you have not even posted pics in the orignal condition...!!
