I feel this is totaly unethical. We were in negotiation & if you wanted to offer it to some one else atleast you should have PMed me about the same & kept me informed. Saurabh is good friend of mine & I was surprised when he told me that he has sealed the deal.
If you are following the forum closely such instances of multiple deal simultaniously has happened before which are been heavily critisized on the forum, but I belive we are not taking lessons from it.

Saurabh confirmed the offer yesterday night and I send him my bank details for transfer. He said its in process. You confirmed today and I PMed telling another person has confirmed. So where was I double dealing?

Well, you need to understand as you mentioned it's a public forum & everybody has right to express his view & that's what I did. No one can dictate terms here(Dont want any more talks on this thread).

You choose to vent anger and hatred on a public forum. You tried to show off. I am in no mood for this.

2. As a matter of policy on this forum, we would not classify this as double-dealing. Double dealing is after an agreement has been reached, and the item has been reserved. This item was for sale for 5 days then the price reduced. I cannot see the details, I can only guess a lesser price was offered. Someone else may have offered to buy it at the stated price. In this case, we cannot force the seller to communicate to everyone who expressed interest but did NOT meet the quoted price FIRST. It would only be OPTIONAL for the seller to communicate to others, who expressed interest at a lower price.
3. It would be best that third parties do not get involved in such conflicts, unless you are directly affected. I am not trying to slap on the wrist of the our beloved doc, but always leaves a bitter aftertaste, as one will end up taking one side or other in these matters, and someone is bound to feel the pain. If anyone is becoming the third party, let me be the scapegoat/mediator... hopefully many here will let me bark out saying "Apna Anwar bhai hain, iss baar chod detey hain", OR they may think "who the heck is HE to comment on me"... either way, I am ready to be on the receiving end.
